Disclaimer
Juriaan is an AI assistant for legal officers, buyers, and public procurement professionals based on statistical (language) models. As a result, the answers to your prompts or questions (output) may not always reflect the correct, accurate or complete information. It is your responsibility to: (a) thoroughly test this AI Assistant and the output created by its use and evaluate whether its use is fit for purpose, including by applying adequate human supervision at all times, and (b) identify and mitigate any risks or damages associated with its use.
Juriaan is not intended, designed or made available as a solution by which professional legal or procurement advice can be obtained, nor does the output of Juriaan reflect the opinions or views of GoBeyondProcurement B.V. Juriaan should also not be used as a substitute or alternative to professional legal advice. This AI Assistant is only a support tool for procurement and purchasing issues. You are and shall remain solely responsible for all decisions, advice, and actions based on using this AI Assistant and all output resulting from them. GoBeyondProcurement B.V. is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Juriaan or reliance on the production resulting from the use of this AI Assistant.
Eligibility
Using Juriaan, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use, our privacy policy, and any other policies we state on the website or app. You are expected to use our services responsibly and only for lawful purposes. Your access and use of the Services must be within a country or region where our Services are legally available. Any necessary account registration must be completed with accurate and current information. As a user, you must understand and acknowledge the limitations of AI and LLM technologies as described in our Terms of Use. While there is no specific age requirement for using our services, those under the age of majority in their jurisdiction should discuss these terms with a parent or guardian to ensure understanding and agreement. Using our services confirms that you meet all of these eligibility requirements. You may not access or use our services if you do not meet these requirements.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
Intellectual property rights
GoBeyondProcurement B.V. and its licensors own all intellectual property rights regarding the services. You have no right to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of our services, nor may you attempt to extract or copy the source code of our software.
User Content
As a user of Juriaan, you retain all rights to your questions, answers and any uploaded files (“User Content”). You must ensure that any User Content uploaded to Juriaan is your intellectual property and is not legally prohibited in your country of residence.
Juriaan undertakes not to use any customer data without explicit user consent, except anonymised data for analytics and service optimisation. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to maintain the highest standards of data privacy and security.
Subscription plans and payment
Juriaan.ai offers the following subscription plans: Basic, Pro, Tactical, and Strategic.
The Basic subscription is intended for individual users and costs €41.95 per month per account.
The Pro subscription is suitable for professionals who want to use multiple AI apps and costs €114.95 per month per account.
The Tactical subscription is intended for small procurement teams and departments, includes three user accounts, and costs €297 per month. Additional accounts can be purchased for an extra fee.
The Strategic subscription is intended for organisations that want to use AI in their processes, includes seven user accounts, and costs €595 per month.
An annual subscription is valid for fourteen (14) months, with a payment of twelve (12) months, which equates to two (2) months of unrestricted use.
All subscriptions include support services such as onboarding, training, and AI-driven process optimisation. The exact content, functionalities, and rates of the subscription plans are specified in more detail on the GoBeyondProcurement B.V. website and/or in the applicable quote. GoBeyondProcurement B.V. reserves the right to change these in accordance with the terms of use.
These are named user subscriptions. We do this primarily to ensure the confidentiality, privacy, and data security of our users. The subscription is therefore personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else. It automatically renews monthly unless cancelled promptly. A one-month notice period applies to cancellations.
You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of our services. We may change our prices, but we will notify you in advance of any increases. All stated rates are exclusive of VAT and are invoiced in advance. Additional user accounts can be purchased for the Tactical and Strategic subscriptions at the then-current rate.
Fair use policy
Juriaan.ai offers various AI tools, each with its own data usage. Because we often don’t have an extensive data history per user and each user has different needs for specific tools, it’s difficult for us to determine an accurate subscription price in advance. Some tools require more data processing than others, and usage patterns can vary significantly. To keep our services affordable and accessible for all users, we therefore apply a Fair Use Policy.
- Data usage and access: We recognise Juriaan’s importance to our users and strive to ensure equal access for everyone. Our subscription system is based on usual and reasonable usage patterns. Excessive usage that could lead to significant degradation in our service, or that is consistently higher than the budgeted amount based on the subscription fee, falls outside the scope of the standard subscription.
- Monitoring and evaluation of usage: We monitor user data usage to ensure service quality and determine whether usage falls within the subscription’s expected parameters. This monitoring is transparent and serves solely to optimize our services.
- Procedure for structurally high data usage: If it appears that a user’s data usage is consistently (for 3 months) higher than budgeted based on the subscription fee, we follow the following steps:
a) Consultation: We contact the user to discuss the situation, identify the cause of the intensive usage, and analyse the usage needs.
b) Solution-oriented approach: We propose a customised subscription plan that matches the user’s intensive usage, for example, through additional credits.
c) Price adjustment: If necessary, we adjust the subscription price in accordance with actual data usage, always in transparent consultation with the user.

Termination in case of disagreement: If no agreement can be reached on an adjusted subscription plan or additional credits, Juriaan reserves the right to terminate the subscription without further liability for damages. This will only be done after careful consideration and with due observance of a reasonable notice period.
Policy Changes: We reserve the right to revise and amend this policy at any time based on new insights into usage patterns and technological developments. Any changes will be communicated promptly via our website or app and directly to the affected users.
Transparency and Communication: We strive for complete transparency in our communications about data usage and any changes. Users can request information about their own usage at any time.
Termination
Juriaan reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violating these terms and conditions or for suspected violation of laws applicable to Juriaan or the user. Termination will occur immediately upon discovery of a breach, and no prior notice will be given.
Upon termination, users no longer have access to their accounts. The account will be blocked but not deleted. Appeals of termination decisions can be requested by emailing support@gobeyondprocurement.com.
Rejection of guarantees
Your use of our services is at your own risk. Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be accurate, reliable, secure, available or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful elements.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will GoBeyondProcurement B.V., its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services and unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, or on any other legal theory, regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for their activities and any consequences arising from their use of our services. Users must comply with our privacy policy and terms of use and respect others’ rights and dignity. If a user fails to comply with these terms, Juriaan reserves the right to terminate the user’s access to the services.
Users must understand that Juriaan is a tool and should not be used irresponsibly. It can facilitate tasks and provide AI-driven insights, but does not replace human judgment and should not be relied upon as the sole source for decision-making.
Email communication
Using Juriaan, you agree to receive certain communications about this AI Assistant. For example, updates about new features, promotional communications about new products or features, and important news or announcements. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications anytime by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the relevant email.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If we make changes, we will notify you. Your continued use of our services after we post the updated terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
